I can analyze that this advertisement is targeted especially towards adults who are careless while driving, or children who have experienced injuries from car accidents. Pathos are involved in this advertisement, as you can clearly see a girl with a damaged head, looking solemn and serious. Emphasizing young children in this advertisement also proves to parents and adults that their children are important and deserve better care.
